Job Description:
- Assist with the coordination of grow operations including but not limited to harvesting, trimming, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and quality assurance.
- Assure compliance with all company, state, local, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures within the realm of job function.
- Maintain open communication (both written and oral) with management and other team members.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Completing additional tasks as required.
- Able to work both independently and with a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Current MED employee badge.
- Previous cannabis experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Physical Demands and Requirements:
- Able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods performing repetitive motions.
Pay: $16 per hour based on qualifications.
Pay: From $16.00 per Hour
