The Supply Co. is an industry supply store specializing in growing, post-processing, and packaging solutions for the cannabis industry. Our customer base is growers and dispensaries alike. Our biggest sellers are post-processing supplies such as empty cartridges, glass jars, mylar bags, terpenes, pre-roll items, and custom packaging.

Job Position Title:

• Retail Store Associate at Cannabis Industry Supply Store in Portland Maine

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the industry, but more importantly an eagerness and willingness to learn.
• Industry Experience is required.
• You will be working alongside the store manager most days and will transition to working a couple of days alone once trained.
• We are looking for a self-starter who requires little direction or oversight and wants to learn more about the industry and grow into higher positions within the company.
• We want every customer to have a great experience while working with us and the key to that experience depends on you.
• We encourage hard work while having fun,
• We love to give out incentives and getting together for lunches or dinners.
• The Supply Co. was built on the premise of a barbershop style experience, where the customers feel comfortable and enjoy coming by to talk and shop.
• The key ingredient to maintaining this experience, is our staff!

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to the following):

• Self-managing and great with time.
• Punctuality and Consistency.
• Having a great attitude and thrive in a customer service position.
• Answering phone calls and in-person questions pertaining to store items.
• Running the register efficiently and having the ability to navigate the POS well.
• Check incoming inventory as it arrives to ensure correct items are with the shipment.
• Stocking inventory in its proper place.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and reach under or above hard to get at areas.
• Being great with math and responsible with beginning and ending register counts.
• Smiling and having fun.
• Honest and Trustworthy.

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS:

• We ask that customers wear masks while in the store and offer curbside pickup.

Pay: $15 to $18 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $18.00 per Hour
