We are located in the heart of the beautiful Eastern Sierra Mountains between Mono Lake and Yosemite National Park.

Job Description:

• Checking in customers, verifying 21+ identification including international passports, and creating new customer profiles.
• Weekend work and holiday work is required.
• Stays up to date with current cannabis news and regulations.
• Maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
• Relays product knowledge, specials, product information, and accurate dosing suggestions to all customers.
• Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) procedures.
• Assists customers with self-ordering.
• Helps maintain a clean and organized storefront.
• Effectively communicates with all staff and management.
• Complete security training and implement security procedures.
• Be well informed and able to communicate to customers about responsible consumption.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Other duties may include: assist with inventory counts, product testing, assisting with minor snow-removal around the building.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the current Cannabis industry.
• 21 years old or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable of current cannabis products on the California market.
• Ability to recognize high-quality products and communicate the quality difference to customers.
• Ability to use technology including Point of Sale Systems, iPads, Ordering Software.
• Tailors service based on the customer’s experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Team player, hard-working, and able to work with all types of personalities and people.

Job Type:

• Part-time work to start with and the possibility of moving to Full-time.

Pay: $15 per hour based on qualifications and bonuses for top performers.

Pay: From $15.00 per Hour
