Job Position Title:

• Cannabis Trimmers for Harvest Services Company in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Job Description:

• Seeking hard-working, timely, and honest self-starters that have previous experience in the Cannabis Industry.
• Trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the marijuana plant trimming in preparation for sale.
• This position may require manual labor aside from trimming, such as; pulling plants, defoliating, bucking, and any other general on-site task.
• The right candidate demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; is resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team, and prioritizes quality over quantity.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the job site while performing trimmings.
• Responsible for maintaining a quality product.
• Operate with integrity and honesty.
• Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
• May be assigned other job duties as necessary, as well as side-tasks that may include extensive manual labor.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years of age to be considered for employment.
• Must have a High School diploma to fill the position.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have excellent communication and reasoning skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel over 75% of the time.
• Must have knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
• Must have a demonstrated passion for serving the medicinal cannabis industry.
• Experience in the medical cannabis industry is highly desirable.

Pay: From $400 - 1,200 per Week
