JOB & CAREER SUMMARY:

  • We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Tribe!
  • In this role, you will grow the number of retailers in Oklahoma who are not yet carrying our product, while growing sales volume at existing stores that are carrying our product.
  • You will facilitate Outside Sales needs and coordinate with Sales Management and Production on all sales.
  • You’re known for your proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • This position will also require some travel and you should have regular access to a reliable vehicle as you will be traveling by car to retailers.
  • If you have proven success at driving growth in Cannabis companies (or a related field), are great at establishing credibility & rapport with clients, and building professional relationships, then this could be the right role for you.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as within the team is essential.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present and sell company products and service new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Reach agreed-upon+ sales targets by the deadline.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to drive and to lift and carry any orders you might be delivering to customers.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • 80% on the road going into dispensaries.
  • 20% from home prospecting and making follow-up calls.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Looking for someone with sales experience and a passion for cannabis.

EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma / college-educated preferred.
