Job Position Title:
- Budtenders at Cannabis Dispensaries in Brooklyn New York
Job Description:
- Front desk, reception, and greeting customers.
- Recommend, sell, and educate customers on products.
- Provide best-in-class customer service.
- Ability to learn, develop, and maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of cannabis laws and compliance.
- Cash handling and navigation of POS systems.
- Back-of-house inventory.
- Work with a team to grow and facilitate a welcoming store environment.
- Compliant with all security, safety, and legal requirements.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Math fundamentals.
- Ability to operate Point of Sales system and cash register.
- Sufficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic cannabis knowledge is a plus.
- Retail and sales experience preferred.
