JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Cultivation Technician at Cannabis Cultivation Facility in Wells Nevada

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Work with the Cultivation and Facility Managers to grow great cannabis and maintain production schedules.
• Keep a clean and compliant facility following all State cannabis regulations and compliance guidelines.
• Maintaining healthy mother stock, plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, grow plans, nutrition, pest management and remediation, harvesting, state compliance software (Metrc), etc.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have no prior felonies and obtain a valid Nevada Marijuana Establishment Agent Card.
• Must be willing to live in the Wells or Elko area.
• Passion for cannabis cultivation on a commercial level.
• Some experience in commercial cannabis cultivation and/or horticulture experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a great team member.
• Some computer literacy is preferred.
• Organized, punctual, detail-oriented.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Work in warm and possibly humid conditions.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.

JOB COMPENSATION:

Estimated Salary: $15 per hour based on qualifications.
