Job Position Title:

• Sales and Marketing Manager at Hemp Company in Jacksonville Florida

Job Description:

• Driving wholesale sales of the company’s hemp products throughout the US.
• Building and managing the B2B sales team and overseeing B2B sales of the company with the aim of achieving corporate revenue targets.
• Establishing regional sales harbor at each key market, focusing on the East Coast and/or South-East states.
• Establishing connections with hemp product retail outlets such as smoke shops.
• Attending trade shows and events.
• Expanding and developing relationships with retail customers and building market share.
• Report to senior company management; contribute to overall company management and growth.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• A highly capable sales leader experienced in all aspects of B2B sales, and with a background in the cannabis and hemp sector.
• 5+ years’ experience managing $5 million + in annual sales to customers in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, food additives, or processed food industries.
• A relentless, hands-on, proactive manager committed to target achievement.
• Experienced in building and managing sales teams.
• Excellent in analyzing, reporting, and presenting data and information.

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
