JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Cultivation Technician at Cannabis Farm Labor Contractor and Staffing Agency in Prescott Arizona

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Take out trash and recycling daily.
• Wash, dry, and fold uniforms and linens.
• Plant Maintenance, which includes environmental monitoring and plant replacement.
• Fill pots with grow mediums.
• Remove/discard dead plant material.
• Ability to be trained on caring for different life stages of plants.
• Stock hallways, shelf supplies, and nutrients.
• Keep ingredients filled in every room.
• Ability to install trellis.
• Ability to learn proper culling procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to yourself or other employees, as well as preventing damage to floors, fixtures, and inventory.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Ability to learn how to use pressure washer.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Learn to use an industrial dishwasher.
• Clean and prep pots and irrigation parts.
• Scrub and clean out nutrient tanks.
• Clean and sterilize grow rooms.
• Cleaning and connecting pipes, using the necessary hand tools or power tools.
• Learn irrigation guidelines.
• Able to work weekends.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ideal candidate does not need previous cultivation experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand, kneel, or bend down for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Move heavy equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
• Ability to work beyond an 8-hour shift and work overtime when necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
