ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- All job duties of a grow tech.
- Maintain and track records regarding training, qualifications, goals, and completion.
- Support the supervisor on the process of pre and post-shift activities.
- Respond/assist supervisors with maintenance issues.
- Ensure standardized work is followed.
- Train all new hires and cross-train other employees.
- Facilitate small group activities (PPE Training, Quality Issues, Knife Skills, etc.).
- Ensure that employees have all the right equipment and supplies to do their jobs.
- Day-to-day mentoring of employees.
- Timely complete Veg Checklists.
- Properly record all activity related to the planting, cultivating, harvesting, testing, transferring, processing, and selling of marijuana items required to be tracked in METRC.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; legal and company regulations, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
