JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all customers in a friendly welcoming manner.
  • Verification of patient/customer eligibility to purchase.
  • Checking patient IDs through a verification system.
  • General help with questions, line management, and communication with patients and customers.
  • Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests.
  • Develops and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Updates productivity board with current monthly specials and promotions.
  • Assists the public with the use of department facilities.
  • Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge of cannabis and different products offered.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • knowledge of basic computer systems.
  • Ability to function independently and manage own time and work tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and compassionate manner.
  • At 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check, free of felonies (state requirement).
