JOB TITLE:
- Dispensary Host
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all customers in a friendly welcoming manner.
- Verification of patient/customer eligibility to purchase.
- Checking patient IDs through a verification system.
- General help with questions, line management, and communication with patients and customers.
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests.
- Develops and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
- Updates productivity board with current monthly specials and promotions.
- Assists the public with the use of department facilities.
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of cannabis and different products offered.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- knowledge of basic computer systems.
- Ability to function independently and manage own time and work tasks.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and compassionate manner.
- At 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check, free of felonies (state requirement).
