JOB TITLE:
- Facility Cleaner
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow a detailed cleaning checklist for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning items.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
- Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying them as needed, in all areas of the facility.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, and communicate ordering needs to management.
- Make sure that all GMP and SOP paperwork is filled out neatly and correctly at all times.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Notify management of reoccurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Assist with moving office equipment as required.
- Identify safety hazards and report to the site manager.
- Support other departments with special tasks and projects.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven working experience as a cleaner.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Possesses a high level of critical thinking.
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be approved by a state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry.
