JOB TITLE:
- Fulfillment Specialist
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides logistical support to multiple cannabis production functions by ensuring accurate delivery of products.
- Fulfill orders ensuring accurate and compliant tracking systems are maintained.
- Assist with internal inquiries from Retail and Sales.
- Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing.
- Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order.
- Generate METRC manifests ensuring compliance with all current laws and regulations.
- Act as liaison between upper management and the employees/staff in regard to process and/or organizational structure in the industry and within the company.
- Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization’s customer service standards.
- Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
- Work in collaboration with all members of the Inventory/Compliance team to ensure production standards are delivered upon.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adapt quickly to ever-changing priorities and can multitask with ease.
- Detail-oriented and have quick, accurate math skills to account for inventory.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the metric system of measurements.
- Can work both independently and in a team environment.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Understand aspects of production; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- High-level attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with a shifting workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over without much assistance 80% of the time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
- Ability to sit or stand in one place for long periods of time.
- Employee is regularly required to perform reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
