JOB TITLE:

  • Hospitality Associate

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
  • Meet and greet customers with a pleasant warming demeanor and direct them where to proceed for a positive experience.
  • Maintain a safe environment by providing a high-end welcoming hospitality experience.
  • Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product.
  • Calming agitated customers and working out amicable solutions.
  • Provide support and guidance to all managers for all facility security and customer experience functions.
  • Report any unattainable situations to management immediately.
  • Drive repeat business through local grassroots networking and our loyalty program.
  • Understand merchandise flow standards, backroom organization, and how it affects floor set execution, replenishment and recovery, and the overall in-store brand experience.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 21 years of age 
  • Must comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for and knowledge about Cannabis.
  • Has a positive upbeat attitude and a desire to help people find the best product for their needs.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in leading best practices of loss prevention and security.
  • Superior customer or hospitality service.
  • Basic computer skills including using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) to write incident reports.
  • Must Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls.
