JOB TITLE:

• President (Manufacturing and Infusion Facility)

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to and refine the company’s business strategy and execution.
• Oversee the operations of the facility, with an emphasis on growth and improvement as it relates to processes and efficiencies.
• Develop performance metrics and goals and provide support to management to ensure positive results are achieved.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all areas of the organization.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role for a cannabis manufacturing facility, including experience in buildout/start-up operations.
• Strategic and Operational leadership experience, with proven success in building cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Demonstrable experience in creating organizational goals, and moving key metrics in line with those goals and objectives.
• Impeccable ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
