JOB TITLE:
- Seasonal Grow Support
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and for following all standards set by the company.
- Maintenance of the property including; plants, irrigation system, roads/isles, greenhouse, and surrounding areas.
- Follow compliance guidelines and green waste requirements.
- Protects the quality of the product at all times.
- Recognize contamination- pests, seeds, mildew, and brings concerns to shift leader.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a basic understanding of the cannabis laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state.
- Experience working around farms and construction equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and innovative.
- Must be 21 years of age.
