JOB TITLE:

  • Visual Designer

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report to and collaborate with the CEO.
  • Support all parts of the business through design.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success teams to deliver engaging content.
  • Photograph and utilize Photoshop to produce product, lifestyle, and campaign images for social media, sales, and marketing materials.
  • Find new, innovative ways to tell our brand story through a variety of marketing channels and experiences to create brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to design the physical and digital components of the customer experience (in-store displays, event promotion, signage, swag).
  • Design product packaging and merchandise that pushes the brand vision and aesthetic.
  • Research, rapid prototyping, and testing to bring ideas to market quickly.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or similar work experience) in graphic design, communications design, or marketing with a focus on brand and advertising.
  • A strong portfolio showing excellence in visual and graphic design, illustration, and photography skills.
  • Mastery in Adobe Suite – specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong photography skills – 3D rendering and Motion Graphics experience are a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in packaging design, execution and can produce production-ready files.
  • Must be a positive, solutions-oriented, self-starter who takes pride in your craft and always seeks to improve.
  • Must be highly motivated and must love cannabis.
