- Acquisition and Sales Representative at Commercial Marijuana Real Estate Agency in Sylvan Lake Michigan
Job Description:
- Provides strategic guidance in securing a commercial property for cannabis business, developing projects, and sustaining profits.
- Helps in navigating around commercial cannabis properties and the red tape of zoning, and permits.
- Provide excellent real estate and sustainability services in the regulated cannabis industry.
- Positioning the company for real estate acquisitions and revenue growth.
- Understand the regulatory complexity or risk related to commercial cannabis real estate transactions in the regulated cannabis industry.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Licensed Michigan Real Estate Professional.
- Proven sales experience.
- Experience or knowledge in Cannabis retail, cultivation, or processing.
- Self-motivated, gritty, and unrelenting ambition.
- The highest level of personal responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
- Ability to effectively communicate and tailor to each individual client.
- Commercial Cannabis Real Estate experience.
- Experience with Agile or other customer relationship management software.
Pay: $700 to $1,000 per week based on qualifications plus commission.
