Director of Cultivation for Cannabis Company in Galien Michigan

Full Job Description

Job Duties will include:

• Monitor, manage, and adjust setpoints on BAS and control system programs.
• Data tracking and analysis.
• Develop production schedules and monitor results regularly and accurately.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain a clean, pest and disease-free environment.
• Daily & weekly labor task assignments to Cultivation staff.
• Weekly Cultivation meeting.
• Status update/ report out to Senior Leadership.
• Weekly Tech meetings (Fert, IPM, Prop) to review data inputs and trends and gameplan course of actions to be taken.
• Inventory tracking of consumable grow supplies and ordering of subsequent material needs.
• Creating and displaying flower room loading/informational sheets.
• Maintain genetics and mother program.
• Harvest reports generated each harvest.
• Timecards and PTO approvals.
• Performance reviews (30 day + 60 day + Annual).
• Sr. Leadership Team Agenda and KPI tracking.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple departments including inventory, sales, packaging, compliance, accounting and finance.
• Address and enforce Company policy and work in conjunction with HR and direct supervisors on employee relations matters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $90-100k per Year
