Job Position Title:

• Agricultural Technician

Job Description:

• Assist with de-leafing, harvesting, cleaning, transporting plants, and basic handy work when needed.
• Monitor various aspects of plant health including signs of disease or infestation and communicate any issues to the cultivation management team.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to mitigate potential pest problems and facilitate an organized and efficient workflow.
• Keep all equipment clean and sanitized.
• Identify and report irregularities and/or variances from Standard Operating Procedures to management.
• Regularly check and interact on Greenshift’s employee app to best communicate with the team about all information pertinent to specific areas of cultivation.
• Be willing to wear many hats – assist where help is needed.
• Coordinate plant schedules and tasks with the management team.
• Wear provided uniform at all times unless directly instructed otherwise.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Carefully follow directions as provided by the Chief of Cultivation.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Commercial or Residential Cannabis Experience preferred.
• Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening.
• High School Diploma or greater required.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of botany, horticulture, and agriculture are preferred.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Maintain a culture of professionalism.
• Must be hard-working, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours.

Pay:

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
