Job Description:
- Develop technical construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop technical solutions for assigned tasks.
- Provide complete Design Development and Construction Document packages.
- Appear before various municipal agencies in support of the site, building, development plans, and applications.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Google Sketch-Up.
- Understanding of building codes and ADA requirements.
- Technical ability to develop, coordinate, and review construction documentation for design solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or related field.
- Candidates with an equivalent amount of work experience will be considered.
- 2-5 years experience in architectural practice.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in architectural drafting, modeling, and rendering software.
Pay: $75,000 per year based on qualifications.
