• Project Architect at Real Estate Development Firm for Cannabis Operators in Bloomfield Hills Michigan

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Develop technical construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop technical solutions for assigned tasks.
• Provide complete Design Development and Construction Document packages.
• Appear before various municipal agencies in support of the site, building, development plans, and applications.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Google Sketch-Up.
• Understanding of building codes and ADA requirements.
• Technical ability to develop, coordinate, and review construction documentation for design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or related field.
• Candidates with an equivalent amount of work experience will be considered.
• 2-5 years experience in architectural practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in architectural drafting, modeling, and rendering software.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 per year based on qualifications.
