• Marketing and Sales Executive at Cannabis Cultivation Company in Cheboygan Michigan

Job Description:

• Develop and deliver brand demand by building long-term wholesale business relationships.
• Analyze and measure sales and industry trends.
• Develop plans to maximize sales and meet revenue goals.
• Design and meet sales metrics and KPIs.
• Propose, coordinate, and attend key trade events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and positive partner relationships.
• Maintain compliance with all Company policies and ensure sales and marketing activities are conducted within local, state, and federal laws.
• Partner with third-party marketing, PR, and social media agencies to develop brand awareness and following.
• Leverage numerous CRMs(Leaflink, Alpine IQ, etc.) to develop marketing and sales strategies, maintain system integrity, and create marketing campaigns.
• Create email and text campaigns in CRMs using industry best practices.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience working in the cannabis industry.
• Deep understanding of wholesale grow operations.
• Experience with vertically integrated operations is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and sales experience.
• Flexible working hours and ability to travel.
• Strong people presentation skills.
• Ethical conduct.

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
