JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Trimmer at Cannabis Trimming Company in Detroit Michigan

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Efficiently trims and de-fans marijuana plants (wet and dry trim).
• Trim product with care, ensuring high quality and visual aesthetics.
• Accurately weighing and recording all wet and dry trim weights.
• Occasionally required to trim off the stick once plants are dry.
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of all staging areas.
• May be assigned other job duties as necessary.
• Operate with integrity and honesty.
• Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis, a passion for serving the medical cannabis community.
• Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
• Ability to work well on your own and within a team.
• Ability to keep your commitments, and show up for all shifts you accept.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and not have been convicted of any felony offense. (We follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks.)
• Ability to handle and safeguard confidential and sensitive information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work efficiently with hands for 10 hours.
• Ability to handle long periods of sitting or standing.
• Walking and stair or ladder climbing on occasion.
• Good up-close eyesight.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs or more.
• Able to commute at times between 1hr to 1.5hr to the client location.

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

• Flexible schedule: when and how much you work is up to you. 10-hour shifts M-F starting around 8:00 am; work 1-5 days a week, you choose the shifts and locations you want to pick up.

Estimated Salary: $13.50 to $20 per hour based on qualifications.
