Job Position Title:

• Marketing Director at LED Grow Lights Company in Los Angeles California

Job Description:

• Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
• Build brand awareness and positioning.
• Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of market developments, strategies, and practices.
• B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong demonstrated history of successfully creating and managing email, social media, and digital campaigns.  (Experience with Cannabiz Media a plus).
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing communications, or related field (Industrial marketing a plus).
• At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning is required.
• Knowledge of horticulture farming with LED lights is desired.

Pay: $65,000 to $ 80,000 per year based on qualifications.

Pay: From $80000.00 per Year
