JOB TITLE:

  • Bottling Technician

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate bottling line including filler, capper, labeler, sleever, heat tunnel, lot coder, and boxer.
  • Safely operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Perform basic sanitation of tanks, pumps, hoses, and bottling equipment.
  • Assist in the inspection of finished goods in collaboration with the quality team.
  • Assist with routine maintenance of bottling equipment and facility.
  • Rotate between various functions of the bottling line including operating and packaging.
  • Ensure all materials are ready, prepared, and correct for scheduled bottling.
  • Work with quality to ensure proper filling and labeling.
  • Follow instructions and SOPs in accordance with cGMP requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a solid understanding of bottling line operations and equipment. 
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve production-related products.
  • Forklift experience preferred or ability to obtain forklift operator certification.
