JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Participate in community events that are relevant to our industry and company mission.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing staff to schedule in-store events.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with the dispensary to schedule Vendor/Event Days.
  • Ensure all customer feedback is relayed accurately to the sales team.
  • Show up to promotion events early and on time.
  • Set up all necessary promotional materials.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Serve as product knowledge experts and authentic representatives of our brands.
  • Stay current with industry trends, customer feedback, and anticipate future market trends.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ Years of Brand Ambassador experience, or related field (influencer, promotional sponsor, etc.).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in cannabis sales is preferred, not required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Established online/social media presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations.
  • Must have a current/valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a self-insured vehicle.
