DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop wide-ranging marketing strategies that advance and support company goals.
- Responsible for all development of far-reaching campaigns and promotions.
- Determine and track KPIs for the marketing department.
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.).
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.).

- Develop innovative and non-traditional ways to support brand objectives.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree in business or marketing
- Demonstrated track record of building a marketing organization and holding responsibility for all marketing channels.
- Understanding of the total marketing mix including digital, social, direct, and the measurement and ROI for campaign execution.
- Passion for and knowledge about Cannabis.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Self-starter who is able to independently own and deliver on a diverse range of projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
