- Content Creator
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to create visual content for various social media platforms.
- Uses and creates on social media daily, with a focus on cannabis content.
- Has the ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, and social media copywriting.
- Develop and drive execution of highly engaging and compelling photography, video, and design content for all of our social media platforms.
- Manage all online and print content materials and campaigns.
- Manage content on the website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.
- Design content geared towards increasing reach, traffic, and acquisition on the web and social media platforms in the form of giveaways, product reviews, influencer promotions, landing pages, etc.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience creating content for digital and social platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Exceptional project management skills: the ability to own multiple, high-priority, or complex projects at once.
- Technical design skills, marketing intuition, and understanding of the cannabis space to create impactful content.
- Ability to collaborate, self-lead, and manage multiple projects at the same time, and meet deadlines.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate, and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 15 lb.
