JOB TITLE:
- Delivery Specialist/Long Haul Driver
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make B2B deliveries daily to our valued clients in cannabis dispensaries.
- Make procurement/product pick-ups from our business partners.
- Manage inventory for deliveries and pick-ups.
- Handle cash when picking up payments for accounts receivable.
- Follow internal procedures and SOPs to keep cash organized and protected.
- Complete daily reports associated with deliveries and pick-ups.
- Provide outstanding business partner/client service.
- Share product knowledge with business partners/clients as directed.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of delivery/ long haul experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Cannabis experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
- Clean Driving Record – No DUIs / Accidents / Excessive Tickets.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Have a valid California State Driver’s License.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Able to drive a van and/or car for eight (8) – twelve (12) plus hours daily.
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs daily.
- Able to stoop, stretch, twist, bend, etc.
- Good vision and hearing.
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
