DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing external new business ventures to drive topline revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Strategic involvement in business decisions.
  • Develop strategic plans to implement new business models & lead the development of new business operational models, plus negotiate business agreements and contracts with 3rd parties for new business initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (global & regional; Marketing, Tech, Digital Product, Product Development, Finance, Customer Experience, IT, and Sales) in developing and implementing new business initiatives.
  • Lead & develop a high-performing team whilst influencing and leading across business and executive functions.
  • Design reports and executive summaries that clearly and concisely communicate analytical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor meetings, and miscellaneous presentations.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in a Strategy, Finance, Consulting, and/or Operations role at an eCommerce and/or consumer goods business.
  • Experience working with and managing communications with investors.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
