JOB TITLE:

• Interior Designer

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptual design utilizing hand sketches and 3D computer modeling.
• Design including schematics, design development, and construction documents.
• Development and coordination of documents utilizing Revit.
• Construction administration (office and field responsibilities).
• Specification development.
• in charge of designing beautiful tablescapes and other areas to feature our product.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Interior Design is required and two years of relevant experience.
• minimum of two years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm.
• Experience in the following sectors is preferred: Cannabis, Higher Education, K12, Government, Hospitality, Retail, Industrial, and Multi-Family.
• strong design skills including understanding the relationships between design, detailing, document development, and coordination.
• An exceptional understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, PhotoShop, Microsoft Word, and Excel is also required.
