JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
  • Report employee issues or product situations to management.
  • Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
  • Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, harvesting, and trimming as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
  • Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing.
  • Prunes, lollipops, etc. on cannabis plants.
  • Maintain a clean workspace at all times by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment to ensure sanitary practices.
  • Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager such as supporting packaging as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
  • Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding product and trim quality.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be in good physical condition and able to perform physical operations requiring but not limited to sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and carrying of tools and equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a warm/humid environment.
